On Corpus Christi 2024, starting at 6:30 AM, there will be a special procession led by Rev. Fr. Eleti William Jayaraju and other priests from Gunadala Lourdhmatha Shrine. We’ll begin at St. Joseph’s Church and walk to the shrine campus. We expect around 1000 people to join us for this important event, followed by a Mass celebrated by Rev. Fr. Eliate William Jayaraju.
Corpus Christi is a special day in the Catholic Church when we honor the Eucharist, which we believe is the real body and blood of Jesus. It’s a time for us to come together and show our love and respect for this gift.
Why should you join us for this Mass on Corpus Christi?
1.Honoring Jesus: Corpus Christi is all about showing our respect and love for Jesus present in the Eucharist. It’s a chance to thank Him for His presence in our lives.
2.Getting Closer to God: Attending Mass helps us feel closer to God and strengthens our faith. It’s a time to reflect on our relationship with Him and renew our commitment to living as He taught us.
3.Being Part of a Community: Coming to Mass on Corpus Christi allows us to join with other Catholics in prayer and celebration. It’s a way to feel connected to others who share our beliefs and values.
4.Sharing Our Faith: The procession is a way for us to share our faith with others. As we walk through the streets, we’re showing everyone our love for Jesus and inviting them to learn more about Him.
5.Receiving God’s Blessings: When we participate in Mass, we open ourselves up to receive God’s blessings and grace. It’s a time to ask for His help and guidance in our lives.
So, we hope you’ll join us for Mass on Corpus Christi. It’s a wonderful opportunity to honor Jesus, strengthen your faith, be part of a community, share your beliefs, and receive God’s blessings.
